The Account Management Traineeship offers you the perfect start of your career and a great opportunity to start working as Account Manager at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions. As a trainee you will gain hands-on experience in logistics in combination with interesting training courses and assignments. The traineeship is intended for ambitious starters who have an economic Master’s degree.
What are you going to do?
During the traineeship you will be personally guided and coached with the focus on further developing your competences and skills. The traineeship is flexible and tailor-made. Training on the job and focused on your personal development.
In the 18-month Account Management Traineeship you will develop yourself into an Account Manager.
Program
The traineeship consists of 3 phases: introduction, learning & assignments and work in practice.
In the first 2 months of the traineeship you get to know the company and your colleagues. You will visit all locations of the Dutch organization and carry out a variety of functions for a specified period. In addition, the traineeship starts with an extensive assessment that is used as a baseline measurement for your personal growth.
For the next 10 months you will work together with an experienced Account Manager on an existing account and ensure that the customer experiences the best possible logistics service. Together with colleagues you create account plans, discuss the progress of our services with the customer through regular business reviews and look for opportunities to further optimize our services and expand them commercially.
In addition, you will spend on average 1 day per week on training session and workshops, supported by a professional coach, to further develop all soft and hard skills that are required for a successful Account Manager.
In the last 6 months of the traineeship you will work on a challenging, practical assignment that will be presented to and assessed by the Management Team. You carry out this assignment together with your fellow trainees.
